Role: Process Associate

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1. Worldwide support of client's social media presence, communities and blogs including moderation, engagement, listening and insight services
2. Meet/Adhere to Contractual Metrics & Key Performance Indicators.
3. Provide moderation services across all key global social channels Insights- social + product listening.
4. Resources performing real-time listening and reactive or pro-active engagement
5. Adheres to client's defined processes & procedures and company policies

Qualifications

1. Freshers are eligible
2. Any graduate degree or equivalent

Preferred qualifications

1. Good Command over English & Hindi, specially written
2. Technical Knowledge
3. Logical thinking & content creation
